Video Game Director / F2P for a Multiplatform Studio

Our client a fabulous AAA studio i has an opportunity for an experienced Video Game Director to join their talented team. 

Remote working or London Based.

Salary DOE - Competitive plus good package.

Essential Experience

You will have prior a Lead Design experience.

At least 1 published F2P title/s, that have been popular and a financially success.

Asian Markets in particular.

Innate knowledge of the systems & strategy needed to ensure a F2P title gains a large player base and also monetized them.

Familiarity with common KPIs in the F2P space

Aware of how to cultivate business models and game designs to achieve them.

Inherent knowledge of particular markets and cultures 

Multi platform background inclusive of PC, console & mobile would be great although any will suffice, mobile market knowledge being a big advantage.

Key Responsibilities

Defining the vision for the title, including game mechanics and business model.

Working alongside a publisher to ensure an aligned strategy.

Working alongside Art, Code, & Production teams to ensure the vision is delivered upon release.

Excellent documentation & Presentation skills.
