Software Engineer

Our client a Leading mobile studios is looking for a Software Engineer to join their awesome growing team.

Essential Skills:

• Excellent team player
• Appreciation for technology and mobile games
• Be degree qualified in Computer Science or similar, or with excellent experience.
• Experience in SQL and NoSQL database design, development, administration and tuning, preferably MongoDB, DynamoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Linux server administration and scripting,
• Experience with AWS is key.
• Experience scaling server-side infrastructure and applications, both vertically and horizontally.
• Experience automating deployment and operations in a continuously available environment.

Desirable Skills

Knowledge and experience in server-side software development, preferably in JavaScript, Node.js and Python.

Preferably Ubuntu and Amazon Linux, but they are happy if you  have other server-based Linux distro skills.
